Chuck Norris Memorial Tribute
Please carefully review the following event terms, admission policies, security requirements, liability notices, and refund information prior to completing registration and attending the event.
Admission & Identification Requirements
Due to celebrity, dignitary, and public figure attendance, heightened security measures will be in place for this event. All adult attendees must present valid government-issued identification matching their registration information in order to enter the venue.
Event credentials and registrations may not be transferred, duplicated, resold, or shared without prior written approval from the United Fighting Arts Federation.
The United Fighting Arts Federation and event security personnel reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the respectful nature of the event.
Security Notice
For the safety and security of all attendees, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the event venue, including firearms, knives, defensive sprays, or any item determined to present a security concern.
All guests and personal belongings may be subject to security screening, bag inspection, metal detection, or other security procedures prior to entry. No large bags or backpacks are permitted.
Attendees who refuse security screening or violate security policies may be denied admission without refund.
Recording & Photography Policy
Video recording, livestreaming, or rebroadcasting of the event is not permitted without prior written authorization from the United Fighting Arts Federation.
Personal photography is welcome; however, guests are respectfully asked to avoid the use of flash photography during the program.
Professional cameras, recording equipment, tripods, drones, or commercial media equipment may be restricted unless specifically approved in advance.
Photo & Image Release
By attending the Chuck Norris Memorial Tribute, attendees acknowledge and agree that photographs, video footage, audio recordings, and other media may be captured during the event by the United Fighting Arts Federation, authorized media representatives, or affiliated production personnel.
Attendees grant permission for their likeness, image, voice, and appearance to be used in event coverage, promotional materials, archival recordings, documentaries, social media, news coverage, or future United Fighting Arts Federation productions without compensation or additional approval.
Refund Policy
Full refunds, less transaction and processing fees, are available for cancellations made 30 or more days before the event date.
Cancellations made between 30 and 10 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued within 10 days of the event.

Liability Release & Assumption of Risk
By registering for and attending this event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel to, participation in, and attendance at the Chuck Norris Memorial Tribute, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, crowd-related incidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Attendees agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the United Fighting Arts Federation, its officers, directors, representatives, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, event staff, security personnel, the Rio Hotel and Casino, the Norris family, and all associated parties from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or related to attendance at the event.
Attendees further acknowledge that event schedules, speakers, appearances, programming, seating arrangements, and venue logistics may be modified if necessary due to security, operational, scheduling, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Privacy Policy
The United Fighting Arts Federation respects the privacy of all event attendees and registrants. Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for transaction processing, registration correspondence, important event updates, attendee management, and necessary event security vetting.
The United Fighting Arts Federation does not sell, rent, distribute, or share personal contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Information may be shared only with authorized event personnel, venue security, law enforcement, or contracted service providers when reasonably necessary for event operations, payment processing, credential verification, safety, or legal compliance.
By registering for the event, attendees acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of information as described in these policies.
General Event Policies
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times throughout the event.
Harassment, threatening behavior, intoxication, disruptive conduct, unauthorized solicitation, or violation of venue policies may result in removal from the event without refund.
The United Fighting Arts Federation reserves the right to update, modify, or clarify event policies as necessary prior to the event date.
